Terms & Conditions

1. We have numbered pitches for tourers and campers. Whilst every effort will be made to meet special requirements for a particular pitch, no guarantee can be given. Extensions can be arranged but always subject to existing bookings.

2. Refunds are not available but credit can be given for unused night stay

3. The rights is reserved; (a) to modify our prices in the light of future cost changes (i.e. changes in VAT), (b) owing to a policy of continual improvement, to make changes to Penrhyn Bay Caravan Park and its facilities as described without notice.

4. Penrhyn Bay Caravan Park and its employees are absolved from all liability for accidents to tourers and campers and from any responsibility for loss or damage to personal property.

5. Bookings are only accepted from family groups, couples, clubs or organizations. Single persons under the age of 18 are not accepted unless members of a family or of a recognised club or organisation with qualified leaders who will be responsible for their conduct.

No minors under the age of 18 to be outside of dwelling after 11pm unless supervised by a parent or guardian (brother, sister or friend not included).

6. Penrhyn Bay Caravan Park reserves the right to cancel or terminate a holiday booked where its guests has failed to disclose all material facts as required on the booking form. The company may also require any person not observing the park rules or creating a nuisance to leave the park. In these circumstances the company shall be discharged from further performances of its obligations. Any refunds will be given at the discretion of the company.

7. The management reserve the right to refuse a booking or entry to any person or persons at any time without reason being given.

8. The balance outstanding on any booking must be paid upon arrival.

9. If dogs are off their leads on the park, owners will be asked to leave. No refunds will be given.
